Terms
Terms of Use & Disclaimers
These terms apply to www.kerovhealth.com and to anyone who visits it, books a consult through it or contacts us from it. By using the site you agree to them. The services you receive as a client are governed by the client agreement you sign when you enroll, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.
1. Who we are
Kerov Health is a neurofeedback and qEEG brain-mapping practice at 719 Rodel Cove, Suite 2051-A, Lake Mary, FL 32746, United States. Our clinical programs are led by Adrian E. Quevedo, MS, NEI, Co-Founder & Clinical Director. “We”, “us” and “our” in these terms mean Kerov Health.
2. The site is information, not medical advice
Everything on this site — pages, blog posts, videos, the “Not sure where to start?” quiz, sample reports and answers to common questions — is general information about neurofeedback and brain mapping. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for the judgment of a physician, psychologist or other licensed professional who knows you or your child. Reading this site, taking the quiz or booking a consult does not create a clinician–client relationship. That relationship begins only when you sign a client agreement and enroll in a program.
Never change, start or stop a medication because of something you read here. Decisions about medication belong to you and your prescribing doctor.
3. Neurofeedback is training, not a medical treatment
Neurofeedback is a form of brain training that supports self-regulation. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, including ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, autism, insomnia or any other condition described on this site. Where we name a condition, we are describing the people we work with and the regulation patterns we train, not making a claim to treat the condition. Our programs work alongside your medical, psychological and educational care, never instead of it, and we encourage you to involve your other providers.
A qEEG brain map is an assessment of brain electrical activity used to guide training. It is not a clinical EEG for the diagnosis of epilepsy or other neurological disease, and it is not a medical imaging study.
4. Emergencies
This site and our scheduling tools are not monitored for emergencies. If you or someone you are with is in immediate danger, call 911. If you are in emotional crisis or thinking about suicide, call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, at any time (veterans: press 1).
5. Results vary; testimonials
Every brain is different, and so is every response to training. Results depend on the individual, their brain-map findings, consistency with the training schedule, and factors outside anyone’s control. We do not promise, guarantee or predict any particular outcome, timeline or degree of change, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise.
Client quotes, reviews and stories on this site are the genuine experiences of individual clients, published with their permission. They describe what those clients experienced. They are not a representation that you will experience the same, and they have not been selected to represent typical results. Where a public figure is quoted, the quote reflects that person’s own experience with our program and does not constitute an endorsement of any outcome for others.
6. The research page
Our Research & evidence page summarizes published studies and links to each one. The summaries describe what the authors reported; they are not our claims, and we do not represent that any study’s findings will apply to you. Studies have limitations the summaries cannot capture, and the field continues to change. The page is educational and is provided so that you can read the primary sources yourself.
7. Booking and consults
You can book a free consult through the scheduler on this site, which is provided by HoneyBook under its own terms. The consult is a conversation about whether our program may fit your situation; it is free, it carries no obligation, and it is not a clinical assessment. Appointment, rescheduling, cancellation and payment terms for brain maps and programs are set out in the client agreement and in the information we give you before you commit to anything. We may decline to accept a client where we believe our program is not the right fit, and we will say so.
8. Financing
Financing described on this site is offered by an independent lender, not by Kerov Health. Applications are made on the lender’s website and are subject to the lender’s approval, terms, rates and promotional periods, which the lender may change. Any terms quoted on our site are the lender’s published terms at the time of writing, provided for information; the terms that apply to you are the ones shown in your own application and agreement with the lender. We are not a lender, broker or credit counselor, and we do not make credit decisions.
9. Promotions
Promotions announced on this site or through promotional links apply only during the dates stated, only to the services stated, and subject to any conditions shown on the promotion page. They cannot be combined with other offers unless the promotion says so, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time before you book.
10. Third-party sites and tools
This site links to and embeds services operated by others, including HoneyBook, YouTube, Google, the lender, PubMed, the International Society for Neuroregulation & Research, the journal NeuroRegulation, our affiliated sites Kerov AI and Kerov Org, and our supplement partner. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, availability, products or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Our content and trademarks
The text, photographs, video, graphics, design, sample reports and other content on this site belong to Kerov Health or are used under license, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view, print and share pages for your personal, non-commercial use, with our name and the page address intact. Any other reproduction, republication, adaptation or commercial use requires our written permission.

12. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site or the scheduler to make bookings you do not intend to keep, or to submit false information;
- copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the site by automated means, or for the purpose of training an automated system, without our written permission;
- interfere with the site’s operation or security, probe or test it for vulnerabilities, or attempt to gain access to systems or data that are not intended for you;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone’s rights.
We may restrict or block access to the site by anyone who breaches these terms.
13. Accuracy and changes
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but information can become out of date and errors can occur. Prices, availability, program details, office hours and the lender’s terms are subject to change; the terms that apply to you are those confirmed to you in writing when you book or enroll. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time without notice.
14. Warranties and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties about the site, express or implied, including any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, and any warranty about the accuracy or completeness of its content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kerov Health, its owners, staff and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, business or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the site or any linked site, however caused. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under a client agreement.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site that cannot be resolved between us will be brought in the state or federal courts for Seminole County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you have a complaint, contact us first; most issues are resolved with a conversation.
16. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it. These terms, the Privacy Policy and, for clients, the client agreement are the entire agreement between us about the site. We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date; continued use of the site after that date means you accept the updated terms.
